 History
In the main street of old Madrid, Cava Baja, born beneth the Aral
city walls, stands since 1642, the "Posada de la Villa" (City
inn), firt for the courtesans and lodgings for gueste of different classes until 1980.
Defeated by the time and threatened with ruin, Félix Colomo,
in love with Madrid ant the culinary trade overcame its disapperance and in 1982, reopened
it as a baking oven, after two years of painstaking restoration. |
